  • White Bread (3 pcs)
  • Whole Milk (1 cup)
  • Condensed Milk (1/4 cup)
  • Pistachios & Almonds
  • Sugar Syrup (1 cup)
  • Cardamom (4 pcs)
  • Ghee from The Ghee Mama (1/3 cup)
  1. Syrup: Dissolve sugar, water, and cardamom. Reduce 2-3 mins.
  2. Kheer: Cook milk and condensed milk until thick (5-7 mins).
  3. Fry: Fry bread in Ghee until golden.
  4. Serve: Soak bread in syrup, top with Kheer and nuts.

  • Flour (1 cup)

  1. Whisk eggs/sugar.
  2. Add ghee/milk.
  3. Fold dry ingredients.
  4. Bake at 356°F for 35–40 mins.
